Charles Eldon Floyd, age 60, of Coweta, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 1, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on April 5, 1965, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to Billy G. Floyd and Vicki Laverne (Wetzel) Floyd.

Charles dedicated his career to helping people, working as a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Nurse Aide. He was employed with Leisure Village Health Care in Tulsa, where he spent many years providing compassionate care to those in need. His work in healthcare was more than just a job, it was a reflection of his caring heart and willingness to serve others.

Outside of work, Charles enjoyed going to the casinos, watching NASCAR, and most importantly, spending time with his children and grandchildren. Those closest to him knew that his greatest joy came from being with his family and making memories together.

Charles is survived by his son, Brandon Floyd and wife Melissa; his daughter, Rachel Floyd; his son, Tim Floyd; his mother, Vicki Kircher; his sister, Linda Dickey; his brothers, Don Floyd and Billy Floyd; and all of his beloved grandchildren, along with other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy G. Floyd and his son, Brett Sprague.

Charles will be remembered for his caring nature, his dedication to helping others, and the love he had for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
