Donna Fay Jenkins, age 87, of Owasso, OK, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. She was born on January 9, 1939, in Sapulpa, OK, to Clarence Emra Haile and Sina May (Pennington) Haile.
Donna lived a life defined by love, generosity, and quiet strength. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy was caring for her family. Known for her giving heart, Donna always put others before herself and found happiness in doing for those she loved. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she loved her Savior deeply.
Donna had a creative and nurturing spirit. She enjoyed baking, cooking, creating beautiful floral arrangements, and working with ceramics. Shopping trips—especially to TJ Maxx—brought her simple joy, and she cherished time spent with her family. She had a special place in her heart for her beloved dog, Buddy, and her daughter Brenda’s dogs, Sampson and Lily.
Earlier in life, Donna owned and operated her own beauty shop in Stroud, OK, where she served her community with care and warmth. She later devoted herself to being a homemaker, always creating a welcoming home filled with love.
Donna is survived by her children, Kenny Clark and his wife Mimi, Angie Fila, Brenda Hahn and her husband Michael, and Nancy Ackley and her husband Roy. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chase Cantrell, Cole Cantrell and his wife Gina, Alicia Peffers and her husband Eric, Amber Fila, Ashlee Fila, Heather Stinson and her husband Paul, Caleb Ackley, Amanda Howe and her husband David, Crystal Smith and her husband Robert, and Leigh Ann Clark. Donna was blessed with 24 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her great pride and joy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will forever cherish her memory.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Sina Haile; her husband, Troy Jenkins; her brother, Kenneth Haile; her sister, Thelma Ann Martinez; and her grandson, Jon Michael Hahn, II.
The family will honor Donna’s life privately.
Donna will be remembered for her loving heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her kindness, warmth, and quiet strength will live on through all who were blessed to know her.
