Leesa Melony McCrary, age 64, of Warner, OK, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Countryside Estates in Warner, OK.
Leesa was born on March 16, 1961, in Muskogee, OK, to Teasie McCrary, Jr. and Patsy Lee (Garvin) McCrary. Leesa graduated from Vian High School and continued her education at Connors State College and Northeastern State University.
Throughout her life, Leesa was known for her independent spirit and strong work ethic. After many years of hard work, she retired and enjoyed the freedom to spend her time doing the things she loved most. She had a deep love for rodeos and ranching, enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, and was a devoted fan of OU football and OKC Thunder basketball.
Those who knew Leesa best will remember her for her strength, her loyalty to family, and her genuine love for the things and people she cared about. She had a big heart, a strong personality, and left an impression on everyone who crossed her path.
Leesa is survived by her daughter, Meleesa Melony Odom of Fort Smith, AR; her grandson, Kaden Layne Jordan Kelly of Lawrence, KS; her brother, Lucky Lee McCrary and wife Shea of Muldrow, OK; her uncle, Ponie McCrary of Warner, OK; her aunt, Kaye Tinney; her uncle, Raymond Tinney; her aunt, Yvonne Nance; her nephew, Cole McCrary and wife Allie of Sallisaw, OK; her nephew, Lance McCrary of Warner, OK; her niece, Chanlee McCrary of Norman, OK; and her niece, Alice Badgett of Fort Worth, TX. She is also survived by many cousins and a host of dear friends who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Lee McCrary; her father, Teasie McCrary, Jr.; and her nephew, Zack McCrary.
A graveside service celebrating Leesa’s life will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Warner Memorial Cemetery in Warner, OK with Paul McCrary officiating.
