Louis "Dale" Hailey, age 75, departed this life on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on July 26, 1949, in Evansville, Indiana, to parents Charles Louis Hailey and Gladys Laverne (Claybrooke) Hailey.

A private family service will be held as he is laid to rest at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
