Tommy Dewayne Lay, Sr, resident of Coweta Manor, was born on February 9, 1953, in Muskogee, Oklahoma and peacefully passed away on October 9, 2023, in Coweta, Oklahoma at the age 70.

Tommy spent his career working diligently in an automotive salvage yard. His reputation for earnest hard work was widely recognized.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Clyde Lay and Callie (McKee) Lay.
