Broken Arrow

Wendy Lynn Lemon, age 56, resident of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away peacefully at her home in Broken Arrow, OK, on Friday afternoon, June 6, 2025. She was born on November 12, 1968, in Waco, TX. Wendy's life was a tapestry of love, service, and joy that touched all who knew her.

Wendy's early years were spent in Inola, OK, where she attended school and blossomed into a vibrant and caring individual. Her creative spirit was evident from a young age, as she found joy in crafting and bringing beauty into the world. Wendy's love for life was matched only by her love for her family, and on March 17, 2004, she married the love of her life, Christopher David Lemon, in Eureka Springs, AR.

Wendy's passion for helping others led her to a fulfilling career as a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental in Broken Arrow, where she dedicated eight years to improving the smiles and lives of her patients. Wendy's commitment to her community extended beyond her professional life, as she was an active member of Most Precious Blood Parish in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Wendy cherished the time spent with her grandchildren, instilling in them the same sense of wonder and creativity she carried within herself. Wendy's interests were as diverse as her talents. She was an avid movie-goer, a traveler with a thirst for adventure, and a crafty soul who could create beauty from the simplest of materials. Her laughter and joy were infectious, and her presence could light up any room.

Wendy is survived by her devoted husband, Christopher Lemon, of Broken Arrow, OK; her loving mother, Joyce Deskin of Tulsa, OK; her daughters, Lisa Lynn Holt and husband Eric of Tulsa, OK, Tabitha Rachel Dixon and husband Michael of Ladysmith, WI, and Jackie Lorraine Cox and husband Blaine of Locust Grove, OK. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Tyler Adam Houston, Marie Elaine Holt, Alexandra Isabella Pekrul, Cyrus Mikel Dixon, Estelle Jane Cox, and Callahan James Cox, and her great-granddaughter, Helena Irene Houston. She also leaves behind her siblings, Jody Geiger and husband Steve of Jenks, OK, Peggy Klotzbach and husband Kevin of Knoxville, TN, and Troy Gene Johnson of Eureka Springs, AR, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Troy Gene Johnson, and her nephews, Sebastian Bailey Geiger and Hudson Klotzbach.

Wendy's light will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched, and her spirit will live on through the love and laughter she shared with so many.
