Brenda Sue Delancey

Brenda Sue Delancey, age 69, resident of Coweta, Oklahoma departed this life on Thursday morning, September 1, 2022 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Brenda was born on January 8, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Samuel and Ethel Alfa (Stephens) Perryman.  She attended Coweta schools and graduated from Coweta High School in 1971.  Brenda was a devoted homemaker who loved taking care of her family.  She enjoyed gardening, flowers, family get togethers, being outdoors, music, and she was a huge Elvis Presley fan.  Brenda loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Brenda is survived by her children, Anthony “Tony” Roberts of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bryce Roberts of Coweta, Oklahoma, and Jeana Roberts of Wagoner, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Dallas Roberts and wife Kendra, Nolan Roberts, James Steele, Jodi Steele, and Cade Roberts; two great grandchildren, Travis Roberts and Paxton Roberts; her sisters, Delores Hamilton of Coweta, Oklahoma and Malissa Napier of Checotah, Oklahoma; her brother, Rhol Perryman and wife Kathy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Ethel Alfa Perryman and her brothers, Dallas Perryman, Nolan Perryman, Harry Perryman, and Steven Perryman.

A memorial service celebrating Brenda’s life will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, Oklahoma.
