Freddy “Van” Huntley, age 71, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma departed this life on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Van was born on December 28, 1950 in San Bernardino, California to Donald and Ava Pauline (Van Zant) Huntley. He enjoyed his career as a publisher and author. Van married the love of his life, Tella Marie Massoll on May 22, 1976.

Van is survived by his wife of 45 years, Tella Marie Huntley of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one son, Collin Huntley and wife Sasha of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Adrienne Huntley; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Van was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Ava Pauline Huntley.

A private family service will be held be held for Van.
