Jerold Edward Steed

Jerold Edward Steed, age 72, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma departed this life on Monday, July 18, 2022 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Jerold was born on November 13, 1950 in Tyler, Texas and was the son of Evelyn Nora Tuck.  He graduated from Lawton High School in Lawton, Oklahoma and later received a business degree from Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Jerold owned and operated Photography by Steed for the past 30 years.  He always had a passion for photography.  Jerold also enjoyed scuba diving, fishing, traveling, spearfishing, spending time outdoors, four wheeling, water skiing, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.  Jerold always like acting funny and making money.

Jerold is survived by one daughter, Stormi Certain and her husband Harley Sanders; two granddaughters, Clover Sanders and Breanna Sanders; two sisters, Shirley Dally and Patricia Chadwell; three nephews, Tyler Burke, Keith Cathy, and Evan Johnson; four nieces, Brooklyn Black, Hailey Reed, Shawnet Johnson, and Aleta Black; and one great niece, Cloey Johnson.

Jerold was preceded in death by his lover and foe, Mooneen Certain; his mother Evelyn Nora Tuck; his father, Clayton Tuck; his brother-in-law, Glen Dally; and his nephew, Steven Smith.

A memorial service celebrating Jerold’s life will be at 2:00PM on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home and Cremations in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
