Josephine Winnie Eldridge

Josephine (Jo) Winnie Eldridge, age 75, resident of Haskell, Oklahoma departed from this life on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Josephine was born on September 20, 1946 in Austin, Texas to Wayne and Josie (Davis) Whitener.  Jo was a loving mother, caring and devoted friend.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, sketching, flowers, and being outside.  Jo had many different adventures, both professional and personal in her life, but she loved most was her family.  She was a retired Registered Nurse and had a love and passion for helping others. 

Jo is survived by two sons, Kevin Eldridge and his wife Melanie of Haskell, Oklahoma, and Bo Eldridge and his wife Beth of Glenpool, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren, John Eldridge, Tyler Wayne Eldridge, Kelsey Wheeler, Hayley Walker, Valerie Patterson, and Joey Crank, Jacob Eldridge, Joshua Eldridge, Kylie Eldridge, James Eldridge; nine great grandchildren, Jayton Eldridge, Nora Eldridge, Hunter Wheeler, Owen Wheeler, Meila Walker, Liam Walker, Riley Patterson, Alex Patterson, and Kalina Eldridge.

Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Josie Whitener.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a date to be determined.
