Judy Kay Hooper, age 76, resident of Tulsa departed this life on Sunday evening, June 28,2021 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Judy was born on December 1, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was the daughter of James Dee Garoutte and Helen Marie (Noe) Garoutte. She was a 1967 graduate of Coweta High School. Judy obtained a master’s degree in Counseling at Northeastern State University. She was an Elementary School Teacher in Sand Springs. She enjoyed gardening, tutoring children, cooking, and reading her Bible.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Lisa Loewinsohn; two grandchildren, Aaron Christopher Gore and Jacob Alexander Gore; one brother, Gary Garoutte; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, George Hooper and her parents, James and Helen Garoutte.

Judy’s wishes were to be cremated and no services to be held.
