Lee, known to everyone as “21” was born July 4, 1945 to Cleveland and Lena Barnes in Coweta, Oklahoma.  Where he attended Coweta Public Schools and joined Jackson Grove Baptist Church at a young age.  By age 12 Lee developed a love for horses that lasted throughout his life.  He was always known as a hard worker, and in his various positions with, Rayco Upholstery, McDonald Douglas, and Tulsa Housing he never met a stranger.

As a young man Lee met and married Marva Joe Waldron.  From this union Lee Jr. and Robin were born.  Lee later in life met Rita Harris and spent the next 40 plus years together and they raised Dino, Pearl, and Michael Harris in this union.
