Rodney Lee Powell

Rodney Lee Powell, age 54, resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday evening, June 5, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Rodney was born on September 22, 1967 in Memphis, Tennessee to Gordon Lee and Wanda Fay (McMillen) Powell.  He worked at Printed Products as a print pressman for several years.  Rodney enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.

Rodney is survived by his parents, Gordon and Wanda Powell of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; two daughters, Nicole Powell of Horn Lake, Mississippi and Audree Powell of Horn Lake, Mississippi; one son, Tristen Mathews of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers, Ricky Dale Powell and his wife Rebecca of Grove, Oklahoma and Randy Keith Powell and his wife Teresa of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

Rodney was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph Robert McMillen and Mary Jean McMillen, his paternal grandparents, James Lantham Powell, Sr. and Billie Powell, his uncles, David McMillen and James Lantham Powell, Jr., and his cousin, Mike Powell.

There will be a private family service held for Rodney.
